The Air Canada computer glitch paralyzed Toronto’s busy airport and caused major delays around the world. This computer failure is just another perfect example of how vulnerable we are as passengers. Nowadays traveling can become a nightmare.
Should Air Canada give some kind of compensation to the affected travelers ?
